What graphic card shuold i buy to run Battlefield 3 on my computer?

I have a Packard Bell ixtreme m5120 and haven't updated it. I want to start play battlefield on my computer. But my graphic card ain't that great so what graphic card can fit in my computer and what graphic card should i buy then to get high graphics and high fps when playing games like battlefield 3
