Need advice for new gaming/home pc ~1500 CAD

Hello everyone,

Planing on building a new pc for gaming, video rendering, and everyday use. Want to try and build it for less than $1500 CAD but am willing to put in a bit more if necessary.

Parts I have picked...Please leave suggestions:

These parts are all very flexible however I do want an intel processor, 16gb (2x8gb) of RAM, A modular power supply and a fairly silent PC. I would like to purchase as soon as possible as I am in need of a computer. My moniter is 1920x1080

From what i have heard the old Ocz Zt Series were Better than these ones, when the fan of the psu is at a high speed it gets really Loud, and it has poor Voltage regulation at the 12v for its price the only reason i would get one is to get the Combo with the SSD. Nice build, Mouse and Keyboard are always a choice of the user they are just to simple. Btw, I dont max 8 gigs of Ram , and im Gaming Bf3, Listening Music, Skype and alot of tabs open on Chrome. 16gigs are overkill xD
