Need new card help

I'm looking for a new card for a computer I just built. I was my first time building one and I'm still learning how to rate things in terms of what is good, not good etc. My system specs are below. I used an old card from another computer I had and it works it's just that I could use something better. My price range is 200max although I'd prefer to keep it at 150ish. I do play everquest and I box 6 different instances on it also play rift every once in a while. Any recommendations, thx

For a little less than $200 you can get either an Nvidia GTX 560 or an AMD HD 6870. If you want to be around $150 then get a AMD HD 6850.

Thanks, when selecting a card should I be looking for 1gb or 2gb for what I will be using mine for. Also should I go w/256bit or something different. Anything else I should be looking at?

for your purpose 1gb should be fine. like jsrudd said there are no better sub 200$ cards than those.
