Earphone/Headphone jack problem

In my HAF 912 Case, the earphone/headphone jack is having problems. When i plugged one of my earphones in, one ear didnt have sound at all. When I plugged my other pair in, one ear was very soft, but when I tried to plug both into my phone for music, they worked fine. I don't want to return this whole case and take my new rig apart, is there anyway to fix this? Thank you.

go into the settings for the audio and see if all is fine, equalized etc

set it to earphones.
