Is this HDMI cable Legit?

Is this really going to run audio into an HDMI port?
I plan to connect a DVI-D to a HDMI port on a TV and want the audio to pass through the TV

Well not exactly, it carries the audio over the two 3.5mm connectors pictured, and sends only video over the DVi/HDMI portion.
