I'm looking to stream starcraft 2, and I am only on a 650$ budget. I know it is not that much but I feel it will get the job done. I don't need maxed out super quality settings HD stream.

i5-3550 & Team Vulcan 2x4GB DDR3-1600 1.5v $240.98 [...] mbo.970461

ASRock B75 Pro3 ATX & Cooler Master Elite 311 ATX Mid Tower $114.98 (104.98AMIR) [...] mbo.963047

EVGA GTX 460 $134.99 (114.99AMIR) [...] 6814130749

DVD Burner $16.99 [...] 6827151244

Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB & PC Power and Cooling Mark III 450w 80+ Bronze Modular PSU $137.98 (117.98AMIR) [...] mbo.976146

Total: $645.92 ($595.92AMIR)

That is the build I am looking at for now...

I am going to try to play on my monitor default resolution 1440x900

i have a 430 GT video card and a windows XP cd I can use.

I plan on ordering it online in a few days.

Any help is good :)  Ty

Seems good you will need more airflow and for 139 and that case and psu i think the 7770 would be a better choice.

Oh Sorry for not saying why the 7770, While the 7770 would be 10-15% more slow than the Gtx 460, it Draws less power than the gtx 460 by alot and Starcraft its not that heavy on the graphics, its more cpu bounded. You got a nice balance but i would go with the 7770 for the less power and less heat option.

If you mean to play., then with this GPU , at that resolution you will be able to play most games at ultra setting!!
Here's a review of this GPU:
