Tempreature raise after change OS Help

i have been cange my os from xp to win 7
sunddenly after i checked usig speccy program the tempreature raise to 45c (before change 35c)
that tempreature happen to the mobo too

intel duo 2 core E7400
mobo : G31M-ES2C
hsf : standard intel HSF

can someone tell me what is happening ?
do i must change it to xp again ?

45c is within acceptable parameters for your CPU.
it is possible the tool you use to check the temp calculates the temperature differently between XP and Win7 or perhaps a driver is causing the cpu to idle at a higher temp. either way that temp is fine.

because when i rar something the cpu temp go to 80c
