Whats your budget, what do you want it do, where do you live?
hell, just fill out this form.

Initial impressions on components.

Case is very good.
Why Sandy Bridge? get the i7 3770k
Get the Asus 670 if possible.
PSU is overkill for a single card, still overkill for dual. Get a 600W or 750W respectively.
HDD is good. SSD is good.
RAM is spec wise decent, though I would look to Corsair Vengeance or G.Skill Ripjaws.
Mobo is good.
Water cooling seems good, though lower end water cooling loops can be beaten by similar priced air coolers.
No clue on the monitor, cant find anything wrong with it though.

Case - I'd move up to the Corsair 500R....the HAF-XM gets a 9.1 rating at Benchmarkreviews.com compared to the 9.25 of the 500R. Not saying the XM isn't any good, just saying you can easily do better for the same price.

CPU - 2600k is the "lost" CPU .... it has no place in market. If you are not going to be chasing big OC's, by all means get the 3770k. If ya are looking for that 4.8 - 5.2 GHz OC, ...... and you need Hyperthreadung, if you can justify the 2600k, you can certainly justify the 2700k for just $20 more.

GFX - Hold out for your 1st choice.....big drop from the Asus to the EVGA

PSU - I don't see a place for a CM PSU in any build. As to wattage, 650 for single card makes sense as going smaller doesn't save anything significant..... A 750 is certainly big enough for two 670's ..... but if going for big OC's on both GPU's (1250 Mhz) as well as the CPU (5.0 Ghz), I'd want an 850 watter. It's not about being able to draw enough power, it's about drawing enough power w/o impacting voltage stability .... and the closer you get the PSU's max power rating, the greater the voltage instability, the greater the heat produced and the greater the fan noise.

Cooler - The 620 is one of the best of the bunch as far as self contained water coolers go, but still....it can't keep up with similarly priced air coolers

Corsair H50 73.1
Coolit Vantage A.L.C. (extreme) 73.0
Thermalright Macho HR-02 71.0
Prolimatech Super Mega 67.2
Antec Kühler H2O 620 65.9
Corsair H70 (high)* 65.3
Thermaltake Frio OCK* 65.2
Thermalright Venomous X 63.0
Cooler Master Hyper 612 PWM 62.3
Thermalright Silver Arrow* 61.8

I have the HAF-X, and if the HAF XM is anything like it, I recommend it without doubt. And every review I'v seen of it is overwhelmingly positive. As for the side window or not, its a choice between a side intake fan and aesthetics. I would say the non window version as you could get a negative pressure system inside the case with only 200mm fan blowing in and a 200mm and 140mm blowing out. Negative pressure systems drag dust into the case. but the choice is ultimately yours.
