Mouse resolution?? wtf 1280x960

K you know how you have V SINC turned on and you strafe sideways, everything looks SMOOTH and not a hitch or glitch in the picture., ok well ***wtf*** when you move your mouse it should also be the same. Now for me when i play at 1280x960 standard 4:3 etc. everything looks smooth as silk with v sinc on, and when you move the mouse every looks smooth and not a hitch anywhere or frame skip.

any other resolution???? wtf.... any other resolution you play at its not smooth when you move the mouse, v sinc is on, your getting rock solid 85 fps, but when you move the mouse around the game looks like its skipping or your getting 43 fps and vsinc is off etc. why why why is 1280x960 the only resolution where the mouse glides perfectly. is this a hardware, or a software. and its not just this computer ive seen it on 3 others and i had this on my old computer as well. most people are to noobed out to notice and they dont know what true v sinc looks like to begin with. any one have any ideas about this?
