My CPU throttles to 1.6GHz in Windows, it's good for power saving, but when I wanna play a game, I have to restart to
- enter BIOS, disable SpeedStep, C1E...
- change BIOS setting to Asus Optimize
- change EPU in BIOS to High Performance
- log on to Windows, change EPU in Windows to High Performance
- change windows' Power Management to High Performance

... Is there any way to stop these CPU throttling with 1 click? :??:

Thanx a lot

It should rise to the stock/turbo speed when there is a high load by itself.

You can change it so that it doesn't underclock at idle, in advanced power options, in processor power management change minimum and maximum to 100%.

Then you can change between power options in windows.

When creating a 100GB Truecrypt container, it stayed at 1.6GHz all the time even though I switched to High Performance mode in both Asus EPU and Windows power options.
