error is "usb over current on HC/Port - Bus:00H Dev:1DH fun1H / port

i have also a problem this USB ports the port : 00H and port : 01H..

error is "usb over current on HC/Port - Bus:00H Dev:1DH fun1H / port : 00H"
and "usb over current on HC/Port - Bus:00H Dev:1DH fun1H / port : 01H"

every time i turn my notebook Truebook n50 the error always appears..

i have reformat the said unit but still not working... still on error..

i need help on the experts on this errors.. plss help me solve this issue and also help me solve the Wifi USB dongle coz its not working on the said unit...

sounds like one of your usb ports is damaged

have a close look into the usb ports--sometimes the plastic part comes off and the metal prongs touch each other

this causes a short circuit
