You're not going to be able to see the full quality of the rendering through YouTube.

4XMSAA
35min 50 average 80 max

on single gtx 480 ? then i guess that radeon will ahve like 50 min 65 avg 95 max .... or am i wrong ? i mean if gtx 480 don't has dips below 35 ... radeon will not have dips lower then 50 ya ? :p

wait wait .... gtx 480 oc has min fps drop 32 nad stock 7970 has only 34 ???? wtf :o OO that sux ... really :/

my mainboard does nto support sli and i have only 850 wat powersupply .... crosair .. but anyway it's not enough for powehungry 480s.... so 480 is not for me :(

April 23, 2012 12:24:55 PM

i have i7 950 ... so nope .... it takes 120 wat more then i72600 or i7 2500 on load so :(  so you think that 7970 will be bad deal for bf3 ?
April 23, 2012 12:40:22 PM

but 1.5 vram will be outdated soon ....even 2gb versions of gtx 680 look not so impressive .... :(  look at that ...

and he has good fps on 7970 as you see ^^ minimum drop was 40 ... not 34 .... and such 40 drops as i know even gtx 680 has
April 23, 2012 12:49:14 PM

do you think that gtx 680 has lower dips ? :)  and do you think that 7970 is a bad deal for 480$ atm ? oc version 1000mhz .... it will have lower dips i hope

look at 1:27 .... 29 fps drop ;/

well better then 560ti is 480 .... more vram and almust same perf with less price ... idk maybe buy 7870 and then crossfire it ? idk .... The 7950 and 7970 are overpriced because they are officaly high end cards and have +1 extra vram
April 23, 2012 1:08:56 PM

actually not a lot but .... :) )) faster .... did you see vid ?
April 23, 2012 1:17:53 PM

well if you look at that video

7970 and 680 are almust same .. but ... 680 has better average fps i think and maximum to ... but 7970 hasl ower dips ... i know it's single palyer ... but am i wrong ? radeon 7970 will have lower dips then 680 ?? i really dont care about max fps :0
April 23, 2012 1:27:51 PM

7970 is on 1000mhz stock overlocked ... not to 1200 or more :) ) juse +75 mhz :)

but how you think .. can that review be trusted ?? :p  radeon 7970 saphire with 1000mhz stock lock costs 480$ anyway ... and will perform same ya ? anyway im a bit confused .... nvidia had before really faster cards then amd ... but now i think there is not real king .... i mean .... gtx 580 was better then 6970 in every way .... and was clear champion i agree ... but now 7970 and 680 are to clos i think :)
April 23, 2012 1:31:54 PM

it's nonsense then ... how can be adeon 7970 saphire with 1000mhz stock clock faster then MSI R7970 Lightning 3GB @ 1265/1505MHz ;/

When we move to 5760x1080 things do change a little. The 7970 is able to pull ahead when running at its maximum clock and the GTX 680 then competes with the reference 7970, the NVIDIA card just pulling ahead.

it's to big resolution i know ... but it had to let me think about one thing ... that 7970 CF will be better choice then 2 gb 680 for future ... but there will be 4gb versiosn of gtx 680 to .... problem is .. they will cost around 800$ ...... lame ....
April 23, 2012 2:26:43 PM

price of 680 will not drop soon i think :(  that is so sad ....
