In terms of supplying enough watts the processor and video card will use 283 watts in total from the "600 watt power supply" but in terms of reliability I don't recommend you use that, it will work if you dont use it near 600 watts but its probably going to take something with it when it serves its time (when the power supply dies out from its usage which usually take 1-5 years). I suggest you buy a quality power supply like XFX, Antec, Seasonic, Pc Power and Cooling, Corsair, Rosewill Capstone series and the high end(only high end) cooler master power supplies.

Wintech/Winpower is crap. Don't use it in a nice new system like that. I will add Silverstone and Enermax to the list posted above and I would avoid Coolermaster alltogether.

You can do better.
Wintech psu's are tier 5 units on this list(do not use, replace ASAP)

600w is fine, even 500w will do.

A cheap psu will not deliver it's advertised power, the wattage will not be on the 12v rails, and if it fails, it can damage anything it is connected to. Stick with quality.
