3550 vs 3570k

which is a better processor among these two for gaming......

actually 3570k is not available here......so if i go with 3550 then how much diff. will be their regarding performance..

At stock speeds, the 3450@3.3 and the 3570K@3.4 will be excellent for gaming, and you will be able to detect no difference between the two. The price premium you pay for the "K" gives you the the option to overclock past 4.0 which is of value in relatively few games.

They are very close in performance. The K series is unlocked and will give you the ability to overclock. I recommend it if you think you will ever be interested in that in the future.

so i5 3550 will serve good to me
