Is that fan setup good ?

i have 3 places in my case where i can put an fan :
back: 120x120 mm
side: 80x80mm
front 120x120mm
I have puted the back to blow air in the case , side to blow air in , and the front to suck air from the case , so is it good ? ( i cant put the front to blow in the case cause there is just little place for the air to go throught the fan and cause of that it slows up http://cdn0.afterdawn.fi/hardware/large/7024.jpg )

You really want to pull more hot air out of the case.

The general rule for that case design would be rear blows hot air out of the case and the side(feed the cpu cooler fresh air) and front(hard drives + video card run cooler) pull in cool air.

Your video card(if it pushes air out) and power supply should help to give you a good air in to out ratio(a bit more out never hurts imo)

I even have some cases with ALL out(Antec 900 works well this way for me) and the front fans removed. As with everything some users have different preferences.
