Hi !

I'm planning to build my gaming pc for a first time and I don't know which way to go. The only thing i'm sure about is going Intel. In a ideal worll my build woul cost less than 1k ( I live in Canada and I need everything). For sure I want to put an ssd of 128 gb in that built.

Now I hesitate between an I3 which will mean that I can save some money. The second option is an i5 like the 3450 with the best bang for the buck mobo I can found. The last option would be the 3570K. I'v never OC in my life and i'm not sure that I want to go that way but I guess it's the best way to have something that is kind of futureproof.

I play mostly to Civ 5, Company of heroes and that kind of games but I don't know what tomorrow can bring in the pc gaming world ! I also have a ps3 , a xbox 360 and a wii so I intend to use my pc for games that are not on console or that is best to play with a mouse and keyboard.

Does anyone have an opinion about all this ?

Thanks !
