I know that I can get the same graphics card at newegg for $199, but even then I'll be over by a little.
Chances are I'll have to drop the graphics card down to a 6850/6870/GTX560

Any suggestions? Help would be appreciated :D

Do you need Windows? If you do your whole build is screwed lol.

You don't need a Hyper 212 for a i5-3450, stock will be good enough. If you were getting a i5-3570 and a Z77 that would be a different story...

The Geforce gtx660 is rumoured be coming out soon. That will probably drive the prices of the graphics cards of your price range down.

Nope I don't need windows, I have a copy. (I'm a student :D)
I wanted the hyper 212 to keep temps down at around 30? that's just me, I'll consider taking it out, or are there even cheaper alternatives? I just don't like stock coolers :p

do you have any idea when for the gtx660/ti ? I was hoping they'd come out in june, but some rumors are saying august =/
