So first off. Is this all compatible, that is the main thing i want to know. If you can tell me which items are better or even suggest other items, that would be awesome too.

I all looks decent and compatable, except your first ram link. That is tripple channel ram which isnt supported by AMD. Also your 2 motherboard links wee for the same board. If the purpose of your build is gaming, you dont need 12Gb of ram. Games dont use that much of it, 8Gb is plenty, so you can save some money there.
Also if for gaming, get a 560Ti at least.

If your going to be gaming ONLY on a 1080P screen - get the cheaper CPU + get only 8GBS of RAM.
That is about 140$ extra right there, take that money and invest in a Good GPU like a HD 7850 at about 250$ or a 7870 at 320$ - that will give you way better performance at 1080p than your current 560 GPU.

But keep in mind if you do this, you will have a CPU(FX-4100) that is FINE for gaming but for things like video-rendering and photo-editing, it will be slower than say a i5 2500k.

The build seems compatible , except the RAM, get 8GB or 16GB (I'd recommend 8GB being more than enough)

Do you intend to game . If so . Around that budget you can get a better build by going the Intel way.

Also games, don't require more than 4core , so getting a quad core CPU is a better bet rather than an 8 core.

if your going to want to game i would look into a i3-3120.

the power and dvd are fine..the ram i picked out was low voltage ram and one with a little color..comes in blue too. with large heat spreaders they dont go under after market coolers.

better then intel stock cooler.
i like the nxt case..more into plain case and adding led to a molex connector and having an on/off switch. unless you like your led computer to be a night light :)
if you have the funds i toss in a ssd boot drive.
