Help with Raedon 6770 series card

Hello

i am having trouble with my graphics card and tv working togeter. When i boot up the computer there is no display that appears, except when i am in safe mode(like now). i have tried everything from disable reinstall rollback etc... but nothing seems to work. Is there something i need special to make this work. I have it hooked up by a VGA cable.

that is my graphics card. and i am using a fx-6100 amd processor.

i am at my wits end with this.

help me toms hardware community, your my only hope!

So are you saying that when the two displays are connected you get no display ? What happens when you only have the computer monitor connected do you get a display then? What cable is connected to each display? Have you gone into the control panel of the video card and enabled two diaplsys?

no no, i only have the tv connected, no other monitor at all.

What do you have for connection options on the tv? Do you have a DVI or HDMI connection port on the tv? Or just VGA.
