The title says it all, I'd like to be able to stream video on to twitch.tv for people to view. My specs are currently:

AMD Phenom II X4 925 2.8ghz
4GB G.skill Ripjaw DDR3 1333Mhz
ATI 6850
MOBO: Biostar TA-870+

My upload is 1.5Mbps

I bought Dyyno back when it was unlimited streams, but I'm not positive I like the quality or the product thus far. I've played around a bit with xsplit, but since it isnt in beta anymore I didnt like the whole pay per X amount of months deal. I wanna be just a casual streamer with decent video quality and not a pixelated choppy mess, which is what I've been getting thus far.

My question is do I need a faster CPU, more RAM, should I tinker around with the settings more? I don't have the money to go Intel which means swapping mobos as well so I'd like to know if it is my CPU that's bottle necking, and if there is a AMD CPU that can do the job at a relatively inexpensive price.
