Thoughts on 7850 falling to $200

I'm hoping to catch a 7850 for around $200 AR within a month. I'm hoping that their recent price cuts + nvidia's supply remedy might be enough to push the 7800s to drop in price after rebates by the end of May. Am I wishing for too much? Is there an nvidia equivalent to the 7850 closer to the $200 range that I should consider?

Note: It must be able to run on a 650w PSU with an i7-2600k.
