Basically I'm not that sure on parts i've sorta been toying with the idea of...
I7 3930x
Asus P9X79 Pro X79
Fatal1ty pro
Coolermaster gold SLient 1200w
32gb 1600mz ram
3tb hdd
H100 liquid cooling
Gtx 680
Level 10 GTS Snow edition case

I was thinking about overclocking as well.
FYI I'm building this from scratch because my old sony vaio has finally died from the amount of wow i play so i want to build a pc for guild wars 2 and starcraft2 on ultra 70+ fps

I was considering getting dual gtx 670s but since mmos ain't a gpu heavy genre of games i think a single gtx 680 will do.
I love the look of the snow edition case though still open to ideas though.

For the games you are playing (and I'm guessing your playing them at 1080p) a 7850 would max them out. And any amount of FPS over 60 will not be noticed. 50-60 is very smooth gameplay and you wouldn't tell a difference between that and 70+.
Your build there is way overkill. You could spend under 1500$ and max those games out.

Can you please fill this out so I can help you more- http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261222-31-build-advice
