PC Showing "No Signal" After Loading Windows

I have windows 7, GPU 9800GT..
When I have my Graphic card inserted the computer boots up normal, Loads windows and then my Computer shows No signal... The computer is running, I can hear sounds in back ground but screen just shows no signal.. and It works fine in safe mode.. Tried to restore too But no help :(
When I remove my GPU, Every thing works fine... I have display.
I tried Downloading New drivers, FORMATTING My PC But no help...
Please help me

if this is the case can you bump down the video card resolution somehow? like in the Setup Utility before booting the OS? then restart and have it work with the decreased resolution setting..

go to low resolution mode (vga mode), by repeatedly pressing F8 at the startup, after desktop displays, go to :
(1) device manager>disable the video card & then restart the PC...
(2) TRY adjusting lower resolution at vga mode , then restart....
(3) OR it can be due to wrong vga driver installed on the pc, TRY a system restore to the "system checkpoint".
HOPING THE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED!!!
