Will this PSU be good for this setup?

I am wanting to use a COOLMAX ZX Series ZX-500 500W power supply on these specs:

CPU/GPU: AMD A10-5800K (I am using the integrated HD 7660D)
Motherboard:ASRock FM2A55M-DGS
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)
O.S.: Windows 7 Home Premium SP 1

Will this power supply be good or will I get power surges if I use this?

Not the best psu on the market and I don't trust that brand at all but since all you are using is integrated graphics even a 200w unit should work fine. So unless that psu just outright explodes from the quality of components you should be fine.

Thanks. Some kids on Yahoo Answers were telling me to go get a 600w PSU or an expensive 500w. I thought to myself "They are B.S.ing me."
