Get a different PSU and get the intel OC insurance, the MOBO might be overkill... But looks pretty dang good to me 9!

Just my 2 cents.

P.S. depending on resolution, maybe a 4gb 670, more future friendly too.

For a different psu the XFX 850W core edition and for the card, i stick with this one i guess.

A 3570K with 16 GB memory and a Quadro 2000 plus SSD and a single HDD comes out at rank # 523 and more than 5 times slower than a decent desktop. Make the memory 8 GB and it will not get past rank #700 on our video benchmark. The 670 compensates it a bit, but not enough to get anywhere near a nice video editing system, hence the clear 3 rating. See http://ppbm5.com/DB-PPBM5-2.php

Read the results I linked to. To put it bluntly, for video editing it is crap (and a rating of 3 may be too high) and a waste of money. For gaming it may do, but since I don't do games I may be wrong on that aspect.

For a first time build, you certainly must be confident to fork out all that cash :D  ! Either that, or you, just managed to rob fort knox! :non:

Nah, just joking. Overall i would give it an 9/10. I read somehwere, as a rule of thumb, spend simmilar amounts of money on a CPU than on Graphics card, and it seems right to me. I would suggest maybe toning the GPU down a bit and getting an i7 instead.
