Difference between msi 580 lightning and frozer

I wonder if there is a big difference between these two cards

MSI GeForce GTX580 1536 MB DDR5 2DVI/Mini HDMI PCI-Express Video Card N580GTX TWIN FROZR II/OC



The first one is out of stock at amazon ( I can only buy from this store ) and i don't know if it worth to wait until it is available or just go with this second one

From what I understand the lightning cards are made with higher quality caps and other components that allow for a more aggressive factory OC. I can't exactly recall offhand what the exact freq diff is but it's most certainly a faster, higher quality card.
