Geforce 6150se PLEASE!!!

HELLO, I just purchased a new samsung monitor online not realizing it only has HDMI and DVI connections, well i have a hp slimline s5604f with a geforce 6150se card, and only has a VGA out connection. My question is can this card use a VGA TO HDMI connection or VGA TO DVI? Please help!!!!!!!
