http://pcpartpicker.com/p/aqT3 Here is the pc part picker ...however I was not able to find my mobo on the list nor the case fans so they are not part of the cost.

Need to spend $820 max and through newegg its at $880 currently. Where can I save money? Either through different vendors or changing hardware without compromising performance?

Also, are my parts compatible, and the right ones for what I want? Thanks so much

Do you live by a Microcenter? If so you can go with a 3450 there for 150 and save money on the motherboard by getting a B75 since you won't be overclocking. That should run you arout 225, saving you almost 100 bucks on the CPU/Mobo.

You can also drop the CPU Cooler, saving you another 30, and you could probably find a similar hard drive for around 75.

With napkin math that takes you down to $750.

EDIT: Just read you aren't by a Microcenter, but get the B75 anyway or you can stick with your original combo.
