Need software to find out system fault

sometime when i start the pc and I open up my internet explorer or Google Chrome, just not loading any web page, I checked internet connection is fine and it said working, but if i restart few times, it working again, windows and all other software are freashly installed, so please guys, any software that I test on my PC components to find out the fault? thanks

I don't know if it's a hardware fault. It does connect(meaning the hardware seems to be functioning). It may be that your system is slow getting an IP address. It also may be malware, or antivirus massing with the connection.

but the system fresh installed few times, problem still occur and only happen in this PC, but my laptop.

it turns out is motherboard problem, I brought an wireless adapter and it working perfectly, so i assume is motherboard on board internet issue, thanks guys
