Graphics Issues

Specs:

2.5GHz/1.6GHz VISION A8 with AMD Quad-Core A8-3520M Accelerated Processor
6GB DDR3 SDRAM
AMD Radeon HD 6620G Discrete-Class Graphics
3061MB total graphics memory

The issue is lag. There is a slow reaction such as shooting, running, etc. By the time I shoot someone they have already shot 3 rounds +. Help?

That's internet lag. Don't use public wifi.

Can you elaborate on what game you're playing, your resolution, graphics detail settings, and internet connection speed (and wired or not)?

I don't know if there is anything you can do about it other than having better components in your computer because that's the only thing that you can control. You are using intergrated graphics so that is a starting point and you generally will not get good gameplay with intergrated graphics unless it is some of the more recent chips and even then they can't compare to a graphics card.
Is this a desktop or a laptop? Judging from your components I think it's a laptop and the next thing to consider is the connection type , direct wired or wireless? Also a laptop screen is not going to display as fast as a desktop for gaming. If you are really into gaming on a laptop then you may want to invest in a gaming laptop.
