Hello, I have been wanting to build my own PC for several months now and I am getting closer and closer to my wanted purchase date. I have been waiting for so long because after I make a decision to purchase something, I find things that I don't like about it and I end up wishing I never did. For me, spending over $1000 on anything (let alone a PC) is a huge commitment and I needed some time to think about my decision and whether or not to go through with it and I think I just might. After watching many videos and talking to some kids in my school who have a gaming PC (which there's not many), I'm liking the idea more and more. I'm going into high school this year and I don't have my own computer. I have a good amount of money saved up from working at my dad's place and other various jobs (close to $5000). On the computer, I am going to be playing games like BF3, GTA, Skyrim, Crysis 2, Watch Dogs, Far Cry 3, etc.
I'm sorry for rambling on so here's everything:

Approximate Purchase Date: Black Friday (I know it's a ways away , but that's been my plan from the beginning)

Budget Range: $1000-$1200 after rebates

System Usage: Gaming, School, Video Editing, Web, Movies

Parts Not Required: Unknown

Preferred Websites: Microcenter.com, Newegg.com

Parts Preferences: Intel processor, Nvidia GPU

Overclocking: Don't know if I should, should I?

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200

Additional Comments: I would like a quiet PC and it'd be nice if the case had a window

Here are the parts:

Processor: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0388577

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130687 or http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0363755 Which one?

MoBo: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0387556 (I get $50 off a z77 mobo with the purchase of that processor)

PSU: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0367316

HDD: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0352167

SDD: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0364779

RAM: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0382101

Wireless Card: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0361806

Case: Need help with this one, I would like a case with good cable management, good cooling, and like I said preferably with a window. Here are a few choices but feel free to give your own opinions:
1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129021

2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147107

3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119240

How does every thing look? I'm most concerned about the cooling and quietness factor of the rig. How will those factors take place?

All your parts look good !

On the GPU look At the reviews when the GTX 660 comes out

I would get the 120 GB SSD 40 bucks more

MOBO and CPU will be grate! You could also look into the ASROCK http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293 20 bucks cheepr

You dont need to OC ( you can if its something that you like ) your rig will play games grate at very high setting without OCing

Case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139010 Comes in all black also, you can also turn off the lights if you like.

Your setup is alot like mine.
