Could i paint a hyper 212 evo black

Why would you? Correct me if I'm wrong but would the paint not affect the thermal qualities of the heatsink? The entire thing is aluminum and serves to spread the heat out in order for air to take the heat away. If you put paint over it then wouldn't heat transfer rate be significantly reduced?

Edit: TLDR : It substantially affects the cooling temperatures. Flamable and is a poor conductor of heat. Just as I thought. ABSOLUTELY NO GO.
