windows 2003 login issue

Hello, I'm presently having issues logging into a sever which I was recently able to ad a PC account to. After I ad the PC account to the proper domain and am then unable to login to that domain. I get the error which states that the domain controller is not available or something. However, it was there when I added the PC to it. I did get it to login a few times. But, now it does not do it at all. Any thoughts?

LOg in as administrator, local to the computer, ping the DC. Can you ping it?
Disjoin the domain, rejoin. If it doesn't join, you probably have something wrong with DNS, or your IP address. Make sure you're working off DHCP and pulling an IP from the server.
