Mystery Modem

I have a modem without any markings to identify the manufacturer. When I install it, the device listing says it is a "Simple comm. controller". the chipsets read "Lucent". Any suggestions as to where I can get drivers or any other info on this modem would be appreciated. This modem is a pci. Windows finds the new hardware and asks for drivers. When I cancel that, I tried to detect the modem through the control panel/modems. The modem is not detected by windows.

You have a Lucent modem and should be able to get the Drivers from their website.

<font color=blue>Your mouse moved. WINDOWS NT must restart for changes to take affect. Restart Now?[OK]</font color=blue>

Here, I'll even give you a link to the <A HREF="http://www.lucent.com/micro/K56flex/driver.html" target="_new">proper page</A>.

If buttpluginside gets banned, I'll be so happy I'll even go buy an Intel.
