Deciding between two builds.

Just wanting to find out some opinions on two different builds that I'm trying to pick between.


Both will have -

Corsair 650D Case
Corsair AX1200 PSU
H100 CPU Cooler
LG DVD Drive
2x 128GB Samsun 830 Series SSD
2 x ASUS GTX 680 DirectCU II OC


The only difference is between getting a

2011 setup with -
Ramapage IV Formula
3930K
32GB Kit of G.Skill Ripjaw X


OR

1155 Setup with -

Maximus V Extreme
3770K
16GB Kit of Corsair Vengeance

The 2011 setup will cost me around $3327 and the 1155 setup will be around $3142. So not much of a difference to really mattter.

If your spending >$3000 why would you not spend $200 and not get the extra 2 cores and added PCIe lanes from lg2011. You'd be stupid not to when your already spending this much money.

i7-3770(albeit its not that beneficial in extra gaming power) (but with all this money, the pain of not having a custom water loop and resorting to an all in one)
