This one is magnetized:

And this one is not:

I have heard people tell me either one is good but I would like some more opinions. This is my first time building a computer so I am not sure what toolset to buy for maximum safety.

I have a CM storm trooper case if that helps at all.

If someone could help me ASAP I really need to know because I have a limited time to buy this and a few other compnents.

I have built 5 pcs over the last 2 years and the only tool i had was a single magnetic manual screw driver from Home Depot for about $7 and have not had a single issue with a build. I prefer that especially when trying to screw the mobo down. Also, be careful take your time and think about a wrist strap to prevent static shock
good luck - choose the 1st one

I actually got the non-magnetic one because I was afraid the gfx I wanted was going to sell out. But I read it is somewhat easy to magnetize and demagnetize tools so I can always do that if necessary.

Also both tool sets came with a wrsit strap.
