Looking for Bluetooth remote programm

Hello. I've used Google to try and find a good piece of software that lets
me use my Nokia 6600 (6620 in the USA I believe) as a remote control. I
would like to use my phone via Bluetooth to operate PowerDVD 5.0.

Is there such a symbian program? I've looked in to programmes such as
Bemused, Activeviewer and PsiLoc IrRemote (infrared only) but they don't
seem to do the job.

Yes it can be. There are even programmable remotes for PowerDVD.
