Good gaming desktop build for 500-700$ USD

Hello, this will be my first time building a desktop. I'm looking for a pc that will play Aion, WoW, diablo2, guild wars, ect. At decent settings without overheating. 700$ USD is as high as I can possibly go. I need a list of Everything that I need to build it and if possible the site I can buy it from.
