Need help!! (not a "is this a good build question")

Okay so I'm gonna be using a website like CyberPower to custom build a PC and was just wondering if I can pick anything I want and it wont let me choose it if say the GPU doesnt fit the Motherboard/PSU? There won't be any problems with the parts working together or do I have to go search all the connectors and that boring junk myself?

A site like that should present you with choices via drop down menus. They are not going to give you a combination which does not work. If you had to research all of the cables and technical details they would likely go out of business.
