What PSU suit my motherboard?

hey guys im new with pc build,and i want to know what power supply can i upgrade to my pc system ? im using old motherboard(Gygabyte G13M-S2L), my gpu > geforce gt 520 1gb ddr3(low gpu), and my CPU E5700 Dual Core. thanks for reading

A good 500W PSU will be enough to run your system. Just make sure its at least 80 plus bronze rated and from a reliable brand (e.g. Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power and COoling, XFX, etc..)

so i just nid to buy any psu that hav 80 plus bronze ? does any psu can fit my motherboard ?

PSU's do not fit into the motherboard. You just connect the power cables to the MoBo.
