System Common Problem

Hi,
I've a problem with 2 PCs, I had a dual core system with Intel Motherboard.When I used to start System It frequently hanged on first intel screen.I had to restart it many times to start windows.I thought it was some problem with intel mobo.I built a new system(Last Week) with Asus mobo & I3-2120.Today I started the system it showed the same problem and system stuck on asus first screen & i had to restart the system to start windows.Please help me whether it is a system problem or something else???????,.................Thanks

If you haven't done so, try to set the Boot priority to the HDD where your OS is.
If that is not the problem try updating the BIOS.
