Dirt 3 amd 6770m game stops

I bought hp dv-6 6150 in december 2011 with i5 second generation everything was working fine but as i was instaling and reinstaling i decided its time to reinstal from scratch and now its stuttering plays fluently for 3-5 seconds and freezes for a while

but there is also something with the audio drivers when i updatet to newest audio driver package of the beats audio it started lagging or i am just paranoid but definetely i observed (by chance( that when runing benchmark in dirt 3 when it was running in background it started going fluently without stops so i figured out its something wrong with the audio since in background mode the demo was not using audio and running smoothly

found in other forum check in the task manager affinity just to one core and it will stop stuttering
