So, my question is do I need Thermal Paste and/or more Cooling/fans?

that cheap glob that intel puts on its heatsinks will be fine for not overclocking.
i hope your not in the US otherwise your prices are a bit high on some items. dont be shy to check out newegg.com also if you have a microcenter around, they have ivy bridge processors for cheap. and often motherboards too.

I am a believer in adding more fans to pretty much any case to improve cooling. Although if you are not going to be overclocking, then adding extra cooling is not a necessity. The thermal paste that comes with the stock CPU cooler will suffice.

I am in the States, California to be exact.

On some of the parts, the prices were a little higher (on amazon) than New Egg, but as a prime member not having added tax and the free 2 day shipping made it a lot more beneficial. However. all of the prices were at least somewhat comparable to New Egg/Tiger direct prices. I can still return any of these if you know of any steals ;)
