They are not out yet. The entry level stuff is out for OEMs though, came out yesterday.

Good question. Might be awhile as supply is low.

Oh yea after you guys buy GTX 6xx the next one comes out 2 month later call GTX 7xx and yet they still have not even beated the last year Radeon Graphics Card

The 680 beat the 7970? That's why they dropped in price. Right now, they are at roughly the same price/performance level.
