How will this build perform.

I've put together some parts from a suggested build from another thread of mine. My maximum budget is $770. I've already filled out a form to ask for build advice, so I don't need to do that again. I'd just like your opinion on this build, how well it will perform BF3, Skyrim, etc. on a 1920x1080 monitor. Thanks guys.

(I also understand that 8gb or RAM is cheap right now, and it's a lot better than 4gb, but I'm already at my maximum budget, and will most likely just upgrade it around October)

EDIT: New build, added an i3 2120 and other new parts. $10 over budget, but it'll be fine.

Get i3-2120 and H77; you will run all games on high.
