"No Signal" Issue with brand new video card

Last response: in Graphics & Displays

My computer setup as is:
Motherboard: Asus M5A97
Processor: AMD FX 6-Core (Black Edition)
Power Supply: Corsair GS600
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1.5 TB
Video Card: EVGA GTX460 (brand new, literally just took it out of the box)

Now, I was not able to get any signal from my Palit GTS450 either. Can someone please assist me?

I am using DVI, There are not external power connectors for the video card itself. and the fan is turning so power is being transferred to the video card.

I was unaware that 1. Those were there and 2. they were required. First time building my own computer by myself.

SO basically everything is plugged in where it needs to be and I still get no signal.

Yeah, I had to take them from my phone, and they were compressed, let me see if I can find a camera

The camera is high quality and in the picture it looks like it's not spinning but it is. High speed camera. It's AMD FX 6-Core

None of the pins seem to be bent.

I will be able to do that later, unfortunately I have to leave for work right now. I'll let you know how that goes when I get back.
