Black and white screen

Hello,
my laptop has a color screen while it boots up but once it gets to the login screen on vista it goes complete black and white on the external vga and hdmi ports including the built in screen on the laptop when i installed the screen drivers the it does all this stuff ive listed
does anyone know wat caused this and if its fixable and if it is how do i fix it please and thbank u

It's probably windows corruption, you could've caught a virus. I'd say you need to reinstall windows.
