Have you checked Sony's website? They should have all the drivers and software you'd need.

Simply go to Sony's support website along with your system model number and operating system (Win 7 32-bit or 64-bit) and you should be able to download any and all drivers for your system. Since this is a fairly new system, driver support should not be an issue.

Are you trying to access the Sony video software that is supposed to come with your camera?, i am sure if you check Sonys website enough you will find it, they usually offer stuff like that for free, so it won't do you any good asking us to give you a free copy when its already free!
