I need your experience and opinions on building Professional Designer Computer.

Must be:

1- Windows-based.
2- Under 1500$.
3- Handles 3d renders with fast rendering, and huge photoshop designs with video editing.

Not needed:

- Monitor, Keyboard, Burners, Mouse.

you say 3d modeling... like 3ds max, solidwork, or pro/e...? if so go the workstation route as gaming gpus are just for 3d modeling type applications.

that 400 dollars would get a workstation card that has double the speed in his type of programs.....

also why 16gb... ram is cheap and this is 3d modeling which he hasnt completely defind yet but still, "huge photoshop designs".

if its just photoshop, video editing, or programs like pro/e then you are correct but programs like maya or 3ds max then workstation gpu would be the way to go.
