Need help to upgrade my pc

Hi i want to upgrade my pc for gameing but dont know i need to buy to play new games like mw3 or bf3.

here is the info

Pc windows Xp media center edition version 2002 service pack 3

processor AMD althon 64 3700+ (2.19 Ghz)

ram 1.5 gb

Graphic card Radeon x600 series and (radeon x 600 series secondary) (BTW what does the secondary mean do i have 2 grapichscard or what.)

plz help if you need more info just say.

Agreed, I used to have a Dell Optiplex 745. From my little budget and got a great deal for a cheap Q6600 built my first pc for $250 ;)
